How long will I have access to the data?

For paid plans, we provide access to all reviews in your workspace for 18 months after the subscription ends.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

We are happy to offer nonprofit organizations a 30% discount. Contact us to learn more.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.

How can I be sure my data is secure?

All your data is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the world’s leading cloud-based services. AWS data centers are monitored by 24×7 security, biometric scanning, and video surveillance and are SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certified (see Amazon whitepaper on security). The data is stored in Ireland and Germany, allowing you to meet European regulations as no data is transferred outside the EU.
