It can be, with care. On ChatGPT's individual plans, OpenAI may use conversations to train its models unless you turn off "Improve the model for everyone" in Settings > Data controls; on ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, it does not train on your data by default. Either way, remove names and identifiers, never paste health, pay or disciplinary details of named people, check every fact, and keep decisions about people with a person.
