What should a performance management report include?

A performance management report should include results against goals, review ratings by competency and overall, a summary of manager, peer and self feedback, and the development actions agreed, with owners and dates.

For a team or company report, add the rating distribution by team, goal completion rates and the people flagged for promotion or support. Keep it short and end with the decisions it supports.
