Sets up the folder of context files that make every future AI session smarter — your company basics, your HR calendar, your processes, your decisions — built from what the AI can verify about how you actually work, not from a generic template.
Create my HR context files
Think of it as onboarding the AI to your company, once, so you stop re-explaining yourself in every conversation.
How it works
- Research. The AI reads whatever is connected — your recent email, calendar, Drive, Effy — to learn your company's size and structure, which HR processes you actually run (reviews, hiring, onboarding, surveys), on what cadence, and which documents already exist and where.
- Interview. Up to 10 questions, one at a time, to confirm what it found and fill gaps: what you own vs delegate, decisions already made that should never be re-opened, and which processes cost you the most work. It shows you the plan before building anything.
- Build. It creates the folder structure, with a README in every folder explaining what lives there and when to use it.
- Project packs. For each HR job you confirmed, it prepares a ready-to-paste pack — instructions, what to upload, and 3–5 memory facts to save — so you can set up dedicated AI projects yourself.
What you need to give it
- Access to email, calendar, and docs, so the research pass has something to read.
- Answers to up to 10 interview questions.
- Approval of the plan before it builds.
What you get back
A folder structure future sessions run on:
- company/ — org basics, HR calendar, a decision log seeded from your interview, and a policies index that points to your real documents (never copies them).
- processes/ — one file per process you actually run, marked [CONFIRMED] or [GUESS: verify] line by line.
- OUTPUTS/ — where deliverables go, including the project packs.
- logs/ — a context log and feedback log, so the workspace has a history.
How to run it
Copy the whole file from hr-context-files.md and paste it into a new AI conversation with a folder connected and your tools (email, calendar, Drive) accessible.
Good to know
Every file stays under 2,000 words, holds patterns rather than raw notes, and contains no employee names. The [CONFIRMED] vs [GUESS] marks mean you always know which lines to trust and which to check.
