For 30 people receiving feedback once a year, using rates published in September 2026: Effy AI works out at $1,080 a year at $3 per seat per month, PerformYard from $1,800 at its published $5 to $10 per person per month, Spidergap Starter $2,879 ($1,099 including 10 recipients, then $89 each), Teamflect Essential $3,240 at $9 per user per month, CustomInsight about $3,600 in year one ($750 setup plus roughly $95 per person reviewed), 15Five Perform $3,960 at $11 per user per month, and Lattice $4,000 because that is its minimum annual agreement regardless of seat maths. Culture Amp, Leapsome, Qualtrics and Explorance publish no rate at all. Work out how many people will receive feedback before comparing anything, because per-seat tools stay flat as that number grows while per-appraisee tools multiply.
