It depends on whether you want AI reading the team's written feedback or charts comparing the team's scores, because almost no 360 tool does the first.
If you want AI to analyse a team's written comments, that capability sits in engagement surveys, not 360. Workday Peakon generates comment summaries filtered by department or location. Qualtrics summarises open comments per team. Lattice scopes its AI engagement insights to a manager or department view. Leapsome surfaces team-level patterns from HRIS and survey data. All four analyse engagement feedback rather than multi-rater 360 responses. Culture Amp is explicit about the boundary: its text analytics is not available for Individual or Leadership Effectiveness 360 surveys, and in those reports “there is no automated analysis layer or aggregated comments report”. Explorance Blue is the only vendor that puts an AI qualitative-analysis claim on its 360 product page.
If you want team-level 360 output that exists today, it is charts and averages rather than AI. Effy AI gives you a heatmap and a 9-box grid that compare teams, roles and departments — on ratings only; open text is excluded from those charts.
