What is the difference between 360 feedback software and a 360 feedback platform?

In vendor marketing, almost nothing — the terms are used interchangeably, along with 360 review software and 360 assessment tools. In practice a useful distinction is scope. A 360 feedback platform means 360 is one module inside a wider performance system that also handles goals, reviews and one-on-ones, usually priced per seat per month. The first is better value for a targeted leadership exercise; the second is better value if you run feedback company-wide and want the results to connect to the rest of the review cycle. Decide which of those you are buying before comparing prices, because the two models are not comparable line by line.
