Almost nobody publishes a price. Of the vendors in this category, Lattice is the only one with a full price card, and it carries a stated $4,000 minimum annual agreement. Mercer sells benchmark data separately at $300 per job, payable by card. Beqom, Complete, Aeqium and Carta's total-comp product have no pricing page at all — the URL either 404s or the page carries no figure.
Watch one published number in particular. SAP lists $18.00 per user per month on its HCM pricing page, but that is Core HR; compensation sits in a separate quote-only line called Pay for Performance. Budget the $18 against comp and you will be wrong. Ask three things before any demo: whether market data is included or a second purchase, how many review cycles and integrations the entry tier allows, and which pieces are add-ons rather than the product.
