There is no threshold that makes an employee Net Promoter Score good on its own. The scale runs from -100 to +100, calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors, who score 0 to 6, from the percentage of promoters, who score 9 or 10. What the number is useful for is movement: your score this round against your last one, and the gap between departments. Treat a fall of several points as a signal to go and ask why. Always pair the score with one follow-up question asking the main reason for it, otherwise a drop tells you something changed and nothing about what.
